Quintanal AI operates quintanal.ai and related software, website, automation, and practical AI services from Caguas, Puerto Rico.

This policy covers: • the public marketing website; • client portal registration and login (/dashboard); • contact forms, on-site chat, and email communications; • internal admin tools that process information you submit.

It does not cover third-party sites linked from ours, or the Paguen app (com.prod.paguen), which has its own policy.

Information you provide: • account and contact details (name, email, phone, organization, title); • project inquiry content (project type, approximate budget, timing, message); • chat messages and any attachments you choose to share; • account credentials (passwords are stored hashed; we do not store plaintext passwords).

Automatically collected technical data: • IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and basic diagnostics; • cookies or local storage needed for session, language (locale), and security; • if enabled, aggregated web analytics identifiers (for example Google Analytics) to understand site usage.

We do not collect credit-card numbers through the public marketing form. Project payments are handled outside that form or under separate agreements.

We use information to: • respond to inquiries and qualify projects; • create and administer client portal accounts; • deliver contracted services, support, and project follow-up; • send transactional messages (email verification, password reset, project updates); • improve the site, security, and abuse prevention (including rate limits); • comply with law or valid legal requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not use your inquiry content to train third-party AI models without a separate written agreement.

We process data mainly to perform or prepare a contractual or pre-contractual relationship (your project request or account), for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, and where required by law. If we ask for consent (for example certain promotional emails), you may withdraw it anytime by emailing [email protected].

We use cookies or similar storage to: • maintain authenticated sessions; • remember language (Spanish or English); • support security and fraud prevention; • measure traffic and performance (if analytics is active).

You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login or portal functionality.

We may share information only as needed with: • hosting and infrastructure providers (for example VPS and databases); • email/messaging providers for transactional notices; • web analytics tools, if configured; • professional advisers under confidentiality when appropriate; • authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or service integrity.

When we delete an account or fulfill a verified deletion request, we follow the Data Deletion instructions (/data-deletion).

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures (restricted access, HTTPS in transit, password hashing, session controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and protect access to your email.

Subject to applicable law, you may request: • access to personal data we hold about you; • correction of inaccurate data; • account or data deletion (see /data-deletion); • restriction of or objection to certain non-essential processing; • a copy of information you provided to us, where feasible.

Our services are intended for professionals and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor provided data to us, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the site after material changes means you accept the revised version, unless law requires additional consent.
