Quintanal AI is a digital studio based in Puerto Rico. We provide custom software, automation, practical AI integrations, and business websites.

These Terms apply to the public site, portal registration/login, and general use of site information. Development projects are also governed by proposals, statements of work, or written contracts ("Project Agreements"). If a Project Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Project Agreement controls for that engagement.

You represent that you have legal capacity to contract and, if acting for an organization, authority to bind it.

When creating an account you must: • provide accurate, current information; • keep credentials confidential; • notify us of unauthorized account use.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risk, or are used fraudulently.

The site lets you: • learn about our services and public projects; • submit diagnostic or quote requests; • access a client portal when granted; • read editorial content (Insights/blog).

Site information (approximate pricing, typical timelines, examples) is indicative and not a binding offer until a Project Agreement is accepted by both parties.

By submitting a form or booking a diagnostic, you authorize Quintanal to contact you via email, phone, or other channels you provide. The initial diagnostic is typically free; it does not guarantee capacity or project acceptance.

Final budget, scope, and timelines are confirmed in writing. Published estimates (for example investment ranges or delivery times) depend on client content, access, and decisions being available as agreed.

Site and brand: the design, copy, logos, and software of quintanal.ai are owned by Quintanal or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit that material without prior written permission.

Project deliverables: unless a Project Agreement says otherwise, upon final payment for a custom project we transfer to the client intellectual property in deliverables specifically developed for that client, as described in the agreement. Quintanal may retain rights to use generic know-how, non-exclusive reusable components, and portfolio mentions (unless an NDA says otherwise).

Client materials: you warrant you have rights to materials (logos, copy, photos, data) you provide and grant us a license to use them solely to perform the services.

You agree not to: • use the site unlawfully or to harm others; • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data; • overload, interfere with, or bypass security or usage limits; • send malware, spam, or deceptive content; • abusively scrape the site without permission; • impersonate others or submit false form information.

We may investigate violations and take action including access blocking and notice to authorities when appropriate.

The site may link to client sites or third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

We work to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue site features with or without notice, without liability to you for those changes.

THE SITE AND PUBLISHED INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Technical or business commentary in the blog or preliminary conversations is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, or accounting advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Puerto Rico law, Quintanal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the site.

For project services, liability is limited as stated in the applicable Project Agreement (for example, to amounts paid for the specific service in dispute), except for willful misconduct or limits the law does not allow.

You agree to defend and indemnify Quintanal against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, materials you provide without sufficient rights, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy (/privacy) and Data Deletion instructions (/data-deletion).

Apps or products under different brands (for example Paguen) may have their own terms and policies. Those documents control use of those products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Puerto Rico have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a Project Agreement sets another mechanism (for example mediation or arbitration).

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes to the extent permitted by law.
